Situated overlooking the Langholm Kilngreen, a scenic and extremely popular stopping-place for visitors and locals alike, short-term rentals at the Kiosk offer a unique opportunity for small businesses to access a large volume of passing trade.

With a newly-refurbished serving area, facilities and external seating area, 

The Kiosk is available for bookings of from 1 up to 7 day periods all year round.

 

Electricity, fridge, heater, hot / cold water and toilet are all on-site and included in the rental price.

The 'Porch area' offers an outdoor area; prices are for both the Kiosk and the Porch together

Prices:

1st day £25

£20 For the second day

£15 Per day after that

Unfortunately the venue is not suitable for food preparation on-site but caterers are welcome. Providing hot food and drinks is fine, if you bring your own (electric) food-heating equipment

 

Users must provide any public liability insurance required for their use; Priority will be given to residents and businesses within Langholm and Eskdale but everyone is welcome within this provision.
